Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical engineering design reviews and project delivery
• Develop strategies to improve plant reliability and asset performance
• Support maintenance optimisation and infrastructure upgrades
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards

Role Purpose / Overview:
This role will focus on improving equipment reliability, supporting engineering design initiatives, and driving operational performance across critical mining infrastructure and processing plant systems.

Experience Required:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years experience within mining or heavy industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering
• Experience leading engineering projects or technical teams

Whats On Offer:

Salary:
AUD $180,000 – $220,000 + Super + Performance Bonus
