This role will lead metallurgical teams and drive plant optimisation strategies to improve recovery and production performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead metallurgical operations across concentrator plants
• Improve plant recovery rates and operational efficiency
• Manage metallurgical accounting and reporting systems
• Drive process improvement initiatives

Role Purpose / Overview:
This role will lead metallurgical teams and drive plant optimisation strategies to improve recovery and production performance.

Experience Required:

• Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• 10+ years mineral processing experience
• Strong leadership and operational expertise

Whats On Offer:

Salary:
AUD $190,000 – $230,000 + Super + Bonus
