Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic (Site-Based QLD)

Maintain, repair, and service heavy mining fleet machinery such as trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, and excavators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance & breakdown repairs
• Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and engine faults
• Complete service reports, job cards, and parts orders
• Perform shutdowns and major component changeouts

Role Purpose / Overview:
Maintain, repair, and service heavy mining fleet machinery such as trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, and excavators.

Experience Required:

• Cert III in Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant
• Experience with CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr or similar machines
• Valid Australian driver’s licence

Whats On Offer:

• $55 – $68 p/h + super + bonuses + allowances
• FIFO or DIDO options from Brisbane/Cairns/Townsville
• 6 weeks annual leave (20% loading)

Salary:
$55 – $68 per hour + super + allowances
