Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term strategy for growth and diversification.
• Conduct market analysis across mining, renewables, and infrastructure.
• Lead M&A assessments, partnerships, joint ventures, and investment proposals.
• Present growth roadmaps to Board and Executive Committee.
• Work with marketing and operations teams to deliver commercial outcomes.

Role Purpose / Overview:
Drive company growth through market expansion, acquisitions, new service offerings, and corporate strategy.

Experience Required:

• Experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, or consulting (mining/energy preferred).
• Strong financial modelling, market analysis, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
