Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, risk management, treasury, budgeting, and compliance.
• Manage funding, investor relations, capital allocation and growth strategy.
• Lead corporate finance, M&A, audits, tax, and statutory reporting.
• Partner with CEO and COO to drive profitability and business expansion.
• Monitor financial performance across assets, projects, and supply chains.

Role Purpose / Overview:
Lead financial strategy, reporting, capital management, and commercial decision-making for a mining or infrastructure organisation.

Experience Required:

• CA/CPA qualification essential.
• 10+ years in senior finance roles in mining, construction, energy, or heavy industry.
• Experience with capital-intensive environments and large-scale project financing
